funcwin Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the funcwin website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and funcwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").

• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party. All funds in your account must belong solely to you.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you based on your personal circumstances.

funcwin reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within 72 hours of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is completed. We may use third-party age and identity verification services to assist in this process.

By creating an account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. If any of these conditions cease to be met after registration, you are obligated to notify funcwin immediately and to cease using the Platform until the matter is resolved.

To access the full functionality of funcwin — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.

You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registered information at all times. If any detail changes — such as your mobile number, email address, or registered payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on funcwin. The following circumstances will each be treated as evidence of a duplicate account and may result in the closure of all associated accounts:

• The same full name and date of birth combination registered across multiple accounts.
• The same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number registered on more than one account.
• The same device fingerprint or IP address used to create or access multiple accounts.
• Multiple accounts receiving welcome bonuses or first-deposit promotions.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

funcwin is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests above ৳5,000 in cumulative value. KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last 3 months showing your registered address.

Deposits

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance instantly, subject to network availability.
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, depending on your issuing bank's processing time.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• funcwin does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or card issuer may apply their standard transaction charges, for which funcwin accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to KYC verification status and account history).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source policy).
• KYC-verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad; Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is complete.
• funcwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

funcwin will not process a withdrawal if the account balance includes funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once ("never-wagered deposits"). This is a standard industry measure to prevent payment processing abuse. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay before withdrawal of the corresponding principal amount is approved.

funcwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed in English at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed. The wagering requirement multiplier will always be stated clearly (e.g., 30x, 40x) in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. • Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet per round or per selection is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

funcwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn or adjusted for accounts whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational gameplay.

By using funcwin, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept personal responsibility for all activity that occurs under your registered account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or promotional participation.
• Opening or using more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by funcwin.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or exploit in-play betting markets.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or that are intended to be used for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, APIs, or security systems.
• Using the Platform in a way that is harmful, offensive, threatening, or abusive toward other users or funcwin staff.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sportsbook odds. Any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error may be voided at funcwin's discretion.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask your geographic location or identity.

If you believe you have received any communication claiming to be from funcwin that requests your password, payment card details (beyond normal deposit flows), or any unusual personal information, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support@funcwin immediately. funcwin will never request your full password or card PIN through any channel.

All content available on the funcwin Platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface layout, typography, colour scheme, logos, brand marks, game assets, promotional graphics, software code, text content, and database architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of funcwin or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game content delivered through funcwin is licensed from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These studios retain full intellectual property rights over their respective game titles, game mechanics, visual assets, and audio content. funcwin operates as a licensed distribution channel for this content; the Platform does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or fully compatible with all devices, operating systems, and network environments.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, funcwin and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected earnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or bet voiding.
• Loss or corruption of account data or transaction history resulting from technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Any financial or personal loss arising from your decision to gamble on the Platform, including gambling-related financial harm.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any banking partner).
